Centennial Hills is one of the newest master-planned communities in the Las Vegas valley. This growing development is located in northwest Las Vegas, along U.S. 95, near I-215.


There are several builders at Centennial, including Astoria Homes, Concordia Homes, K B Homes, Pardee Homes and Spinnaker. Sales began in 2000, and they have remained steady. Home sizes range from small, single-family houses to massive mansions, all set amid the rural setting of far northwest Las Vegas.


Recreational opportunities abound in the area around Centennial Hills. Nearby Floyd Lamb State Park offers fishing, hiking and picnic areas. Mount Charleston offers skiing and sledding in the winter months, and hiking and picnicking in the summer. And Centennial Hills' new Town Center will feature a large regional park as well as dog parks, soccer fields, volleyball and a water-play area.
Although Centennial Hills is "off the beaten path," it's conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Many retailers are located in or near the community, including the 900,000-square-foot Centennial Center. And local highways provide easy access to all areas of the Las Vegas valley.

Community

There are several neighborhoods located within Centennial Hills. The community is located along U.S. 95 near I-215 in northwest Las Vegas. It is bounded by Moccasin Road to the north, Cheyenne to the south, Decatur on the east and Hualapai on the west.
Centennial Hills is home to single-family residences as well as schools, parks and several recreational facilities. It is a perfect place to raise a family, offering a safe and secure environment just north of the bright lights of Las Vegas.

Amenities

Centennial Hills provides an ideal retreat from "big-city" living, but residents still enjoy breathtaking views of the Strip and downtown Las Vegas. Centennial Hills offers a variety of amenities, with more on the way as the area grows.
Town Center is a 110-acre mixed-use site that will be home to the largest regional park in the Las Vegas valley. Town Center will feature two dog parks, two lighted soccer fields, 10 lighted volleyball courts, a water-play area and numerous picnic areas.
